Born on Cape Cod and based in Western Massachusetts, Handy has been self-releasing music and videos as LUCY since 2009, often sharing work in an immediate, unpolished form. His prolific catalog blends GarageBand production, sample packs, synth textures, eccentricity, earnestness, and lyrics that find meaningful insight in understated lines.

Known for captivating live shows, LUCY has developed a devoted following on the DIY circuit through performances in basements and warehouses around the country. F.G.S. is also on the bill.
