Disney's FROZEN The Broadway Musical
Disney’s FROZEN The Broadway Musical brings the story of Arendelle’s royal sisters, Anna and Elsa, to Walnut Street Theatre. After Elsa’s concealed magical powers overwhelm her during her coronation, she flees into the mountains and unleashes a devastating winter. Anna sets out to bring her sister home, joined by ice harvester Kristoff, his reindeer Sven, and the cheerful snowman Olaf.
The production combines familiar songs from the Disney film, including “Let It Go,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?” and “For the First Time in Forever,” with twelve new songs written specifically for the stage musical. Its themes include sisterhood, acceptance, courage, and the meaning of true love, with magic, humor, and an elaborate musical-theatre production.
