Collage Creations
Collage Creations is a three-session art class led by Robin Lane, centered on composition, layering, and design principles. Participants will experiment with art papers, patterned and colored paper, magazine and book images, photographs, personal ephemera, oil pastels, and paint markers. Each student may choose their own subject or theme, and materials from home may be incorporated.
The museum provides all materials needed for the class. Students who prefer to bring their own supplies or continue working at home can use items such as assorted art papers, magazines, books, photographs, personal ephemera, oil pastels, low-VOC paint markers, glue, PVA or school glue, glue sticks, gloss medium, glue brushes, scissors, and a craft knife with a self-healing cutting mat. Adhesives requiring ventilation are not permitted.
