The Blair Witch Project

The Blair Witch Project comes to Keswick Theatre for a full screening of the landmark 1999 found-footage horror film, followed by a live question-and-answer session. The movie follows three student filmmakers who vanish while investigating a local legend in the Maryland woods, with the story told through footage recovered after their disappearance.

The film’s raw realism, improvised performances, and influential marketing campaign helped make it a cultural phenomenon and one of the most successful independent films of its era. After the screening, Heather Donahue, Joshua Leonard, and Michael C. Williams will appear onstage to share behind-the-scenes stories and respond to audience questions about making the film.
