The Machine performs Pink Floyd

291 N Keswick Ave, Glenside, PA
Price not available
Featuring: The Machine

The Machine performs the music of Pink Floyd in a concert spanning the band’s extensive 16-album catalog. The New York-based quartet combines faithful versions of well-known songs with deeper cuts, improvisational passages inspired by early-1970s Pink Floyd, and elaborate theatrical staging, lighting, and visual displays reflecting the group’s later-era aesthetic.

The show may include complete album recreations, audience requests, and the band’s alphabetical format, in which one song is performed for every letter of the alphabet. The Machine has performed throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, appeared at festivals including Bonnaroo, Riverbend, and Gathering of the Vibes, and played with symphony orchestras including the Atlanta, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Charlotte, and San Diego Symphonies and the Buffalo Philharmonic. The lineup features founding member Tahrah Cohen on drums; Scott Chasolen on keyboards and vocals; Ryan Ball on guitar and vocals; and Chris DeAngelis on bass and lead vocals. The band also continues to honor the memory of Joe Pascarell, who co-founded The Machine with Cohen in 1988.
