A. Rimbaud
A. Rimbaud is a Philadelphia premiere about the unlikely, turbulent life of French poet Arthur Rimbaud, presented with the same startling energy and mischievous spirit associated with his poetry. The film is directed by Patrick Wang and is a 2026 U.S./Canadian production.
The screening will be followed by a conversation with Wang, hosted by Latitudes, a Penn English–based graduate reading group focused on race, colonialism, empire, and globalization across different times and places. Latitudes regularly brings regional and visiting critics, writers, artists, and filmmakers together to discuss new work.
