A Christmas Story: The Play
Ralphie Parker returns in this family-friendly stage adaptation of the holiday classic, determined to get the ultimate Christmas present: a Red Ryder BB gun. As Ralphie pursues his dream, his family faces the comic mishaps, traditions, and warm moments of the Christmas season. Following a nearly sold-out 2023 run, Bristol Riverside Theatre is presenting the production again by popular demand.
The play is adapted by Philip Grecian from the motion picture and the book *In God We Trust, All Others Pay Cash* by Jean Shepherd. It is based on the 1983 film written by Jean Shepherd, Leigh Brown, and Bob Clark, and is directed by Amy Kaissar.
