A Longwood Christmas
A Longwood Christmas transforms Longwood Gardens into a cosmic holiday experience inspired by the mystery and majesty of the night sky. The display features hundreds of thousands of lights, stellar installations, luminous seasonal plantings, and dramatic garden scenery, including rotating trees covered in stars and a Music Room reimagined as a gilded astronomer’s observatory.
Visitors can explore a glowing Orangery filled with evergreens, poinsettias, orchids, and winter flowers; an Exhibition Hall redesigned as a spherical galaxy; festive displays in the Main Fountain Garden; and the Wildlife Tree, miniature model trains, and colorful fountains at the Open Air Theatre. The Music Room receives an especially elaborate holiday makeover, while outdoor lights and seasonal music continue throughout the Gardens.
