Philadelphia Psychotronic Film Society
The Philadelphia Psychotronic Film Society presents a screening of cult, unusual, and deliberately trashy films at PhilaMOCA, the Philadelphia Mausoleum of Contemporary Art. Programming is selected by a society member and may explore material that challenges conventional standards of taste, including extremely graphic or upsetting subject matter. Audience members are advised to attend at their own discretion.
The society describes itself as part of an international Psychotronic Film Society tradition and says it has been officially sanctioned by Brian Thomas, the “Propaganda Minister of the Sinister” for Chicago’s Psychotronic Film Society.
